What is the Premiere Care Program?
Over the years we have been constantly striving to make our customer's lives easier, and the result is the Premiere Care Program for water feature maintenance. If you want nothing but to enjoy your water feature, then the Premiere Care Program is for you.
It includes everything. Literally, everything. Don't worry about whether your pump is still under warranty, you're covered. Don't worry about your Spring Cleanout or Fall Shutdown, covered. Regular maintenance visits throughout the season? Done. The goal of this program is to take every single thing and make it our problem, not yours.
It includes your Spring Cleanout, regular biweekly maintenance visits throughout the season, your Fall Shutdown, along with an Extended Warranty that covers all components of your water feature as long as you are subscribed to the program, regardless whether the manufactures warranty has ran out or not. So if your pump fails, you get a new one installed for free.
We've made this program available as a monthly payment subscription to avoid having lump sum costs once a year for our customers. Structuring the program this way has helped us lower costs for our customers considerably. If you were to take two identical ponds over a 5 year period, the Premiere Care Program would give 20%-30% savings; as opposed to getting your everything done separately, paying for equipment failures out of pocket, etc.

Our Premiere Care Program includes the Spring Cleanout, Water Quality Maintenance, Winter shutdown, and warranties everything on your water feature, including pumps and lights.
- Spring Cleanout (April or May, weather dependent)
- Biweekly maintenance visits throughout the season(May through October)
- Full extended warranty on lights, pumps, and all components(if applicable)
- Treatments for the entire season
- Ion Gen and Dosing System included
- Ion Gen Probe
- If Ion Gen or Dosing System fails, it is covered for free replacement under this plan
