In 1991 Brothers Dennis and Steve Martin set out to grow a thriving business. Today Tussey Landscaping, still a family business, has rooted itself in the art of creating fine outdoor living spaces throughout central Pennsylvania landscapes.
Starting out with 12 lawn maintenance accounts and a commitment to thrive, the brothers soon recognized the opportunity to branch into the design-build aspect of landscaping. Dennis continued operating the lawn maintenance division while Steve focused on growing the landscape installation part of the business.
In 1997 the company installed its first Aquascape water gardens and interlocking paver stone patios. The awakened passion for installing beautiful ecosystem ponds and paver stone patios bloomed, and by 2000 Tussey Landscaping had become a certified contractor for both Aquascapes and E.P. Henry Hardscape Products.
