Sales & Marketing Ops Manager
This is a full-time position
$40-60k salary (depending on experience) If you are a creative person that has fun making goals turn into achieved outcomes, making people’s lives easier, down to earth content marketing, analyzing workflows and processes, read on… We’re looking for a humble, hungry, and smart professional to take our sales and marketing ops, and work with our leadership team to come up with desired outcomes and define what success looks like, then create the to-do lists, and action items to achieve them. We’re not looking for someone we hand a to-do list to every day. We’re looking for someone to make the to-do lists. To take ownership of the desired outcomes, and make sure they get executed, whether that means you do the task yourself, outsource it, etc. All that matters is that it gets planned, communicated, executed, documented, and measured. The area of our company that needs you is in our sales and marketing operations. This touches everything from our client’s experience with their first touch with our company and team, to the content we produce, how our website works to provide value to our clients, and the systems and processes our sales team works within. We produce content with the intent to be valuable to the marketplace, educate our customer, and provide enjoyment in sharing the beautiful things we build with the world. We believe in building solid systems and processes, aka working smarter not harder. This means analyzing how we work, and how we can be more effective and delightful to work with. We strive to provide 5 star service in everything we do, and believe in using technology to enhance our tailored personal service. We need a 5 star personality to take this sales and marketing ops over for us. Here's what the work looks like: Sales ops Client experience when they contact us Backend systems and processes for handling leads, estimate statuses, appointments Monitoring client satisfaction Producing, and maintaining relevancy with, SOPs of our sales processes Marketing ops Website Making it “work for us” to automate workflows Making it relevant and providing value to our leads and clients. Making it delightful to work with our firm Show what we do! Keep content up to date. Adding photos, videos, articles regularly. Show who we are. Less corporate speak and more authenticity Monitoring analytics, working to define objectives, goals, and campaigns to achieve those goals Content ensuring content gets shot on the job site, beauty shots, etc Taking ownership of our content production pipeline and making sure it gets delivered out for the world to see, on time, effectively. Working both with internal and outsourced staff. Managing company content, sorting and arranging file structure, etc. Capturing our client’s stories and experiences for socials and web media Ability, or willingness to learn, how to edit RAW photos in Lightroom is a plus. Could potentially be outsourced as well. Advertising Managing our marketing budget, our spend, ROI, Cost of (customer) Acquisition, Leads, and Sales reports. work with outsourced marketing agencies to handle Google and Facebook ads, analyzing our spend vs ROI Email marketing Blog content, outlining topics, getting those articles written and produced with the appropriate person on our team. Processes Producing, and maintaining relevancy with, SOPs of our marketing processes Working with CRM and automation tools to enhance and refine our sales and marketing pipelines Working knowledge, or willingness to learn, basic graphic design to produce brochures, business cards, door hangers, etc. (We already use Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, etc) Tools we use:
