First, Dave, your design was magnificent, and exactly what we were hoping that it would be. You listened to us as your clients, and you were not pushy or overbearing about what we “should have” but really listened to what we wanted. You worked and reworked the design until we felt that we had it right, and that it was what we were looking for. Thank you for that! I appreciate that approach very much and hate it when someone wants to rush me through the critical design phase. You were a pleasure to work with and you really took the time to measure the area in question, and make it all work out right.

Steve, you were here with us throughout the project and went above and beyond in making the whole experience pleasurable. You and your team were always friendly, courteous to us, and more than tolerant with my requests of you all while you were on site. I enjoyed getting to know you and the personal touch that you gave to us everyday that you were here. There is no question in our minds, why your company is so successful! You care about the customer and that was obvious every minute that you were here!

Dan, you were the best project supervisor that they could have given to me and this project. I know that we had a lot of details that we wanted, but you were on top of every one of them, without hesitation, to make the outcome what it was. Your expertise and kindness are exceptional qualities that I appreciate and value. You are a rare gem that made my home a dream of a life time. I will be eternally grateful.

Josh, Colton, and Les, you were all here for parts of the job, not all of it, but your contributions were invaluable to the end result. We have such pride in showing our neighbors and family what you have achieved in this yard for us! We had the worst back yard in the neighborhood, bar none, and now we have the absolute best! Bar none!

In closing, I hope that my words can convey what happiness and joy we have gained from knowing you, and from the work of art that you left behind! I have the backyard of a lifetime, that is a marvelous escape from the hectic life that we lead. You kept stating with us, when you were here, “Build it, and they will come”!!! Well you were done on Thursday last week, and on Friday evening, we had the cross-town rival football game, and I had 21 teenagers on my new terrace that night, sitting on the seating wall enjoying the fire-pit and the view that was unlike anything most of them had ever seen. it looks like something out of a 6 star resort! I was hoping for frogs and turtles but having my children and all their friends here, where I can be part of their social lives, was the best blessing of all in this project! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for everything and the prettiest “Backyard Makeover” any of us in Greensburg have ever seen.”
